# FIXXO — The Partner Offer

**Purpose** the exact benefits list used in every call, text and email — and the honest limits that sit beside them.
**Companions** `../outreach/VOICE_AGENT.md` (objection handling) · `CATEGORIES.md` (supply) · `../WOMEN_PILOT.md` (women-first)

## 0 · The honest framing

You asked for a benefits list **"such that none of them deny."**

I can't build that, and you shouldn't want me to. Tradespeople have heard every over-promise in this category — guaranteed leads, "we'll fill your calendar", "500 jobs a month". A platform that opens with that gets hung up on, and the reputation follows. **The way to make the offer hard to refuse is the opposite: promise less than you deliver, and put the money terms in plain numbers.**

What actually makes a licensed tradesperson say yes, in order of weight, is:

1. **No cost to look at a job.** That removes the risk entirely. A lead fee makes them gamble; no fee makes it free to find out.
2. **Paid on completion, in days, not weeks** — with the customer's money *already held.*
3. **The work fits their rules**, not a rotating feed of junk.
4. **Nobody is taking 30%.**

Everything below is built on those four. The offer is genuinely strong because the *fee model* is strong — not because the copy is loud.

---

## 1 · The ten benefits (use these, in this order)

### 1 · Nothing to pay to see a job. Ever.
No lead fee. No subscription. No cost to quote. You see the job, the price and the customer's answers before you decide. If you don't take it, you've paid nothing.
> *Why it lands:* it directly answers the #1 complaint about every platform they've tried.

### 2 · You keep 82–85% of the job.
Our fee is 15–18% of the completed job, minimum $25. There is no fee on work you don't get, no fee on a quote that doesn't convert, and no per-lead charge.
> *Say the number out loud.* "On a $300 job you take $249. On a $1,200 water heater you take about $1,000."

### 3 · Paid 3–7 days after the photo check.
Submitting your completion photos triggers the customer's approval, and payouts run within a week. No invoice chasing, no 30-day terms.

### 4 · The customer's money is already held before you start.
Fixxo takes payment at booking and holds it in escrow until the customer approves the finished work. **You are not chasing a homeowner for money you've earned.** That is the single biggest change from working direct.

### 5 · You set your own rules, in your own words.
Tell us your radius, your minimum, the categories you want and the ones you don't — "I'll drive 30 minutes for plumbing, nothing under $400 outside Richmond, no mobile homes, no gas." We show you the rules we parsed, and we only send jobs that fit.
> *Why it lands:* it's the feature the big platforms shipped in 2026, and most independents haven't seen it.

### 6 · Women-first priority matching *(pilot markets only)*
In Herndon, Reston, Chantilly, Ashburn and Fairfax, every pilot job is matched to a **woman technician**. Women-owned businesses get first pick of the higher-value tickets and priority in the match queue.
> *Say it precisely:* "the pilot is women-delivered. If you're a woman in the trades, the work is routed to you first — not past you."

### 7 · Pay is published, not negotiated per person.
The rate is the rate. It doesn't move because you're new, because you're a woman, or because someone else agreed to less. 15–18% for everyone, on the same terms.

### 8 · No app to install.
Jobs arrive by text. Photos are taken on your phone and sent. That's the whole system.

### 9 · Verification is done for you, at our cost.
We pull your DPOR licence, confirm your insurance certificate, and run the background screens. **We pay for the checks we run** — the only optional paid one is a deeper report if you want it, and that's your choice, not ours.

### 10 · The trust is already built, so you close more.
Customers arrive having seen the licence verification, the fixed price, the escrow and the 12-month guarantee. You walk into a job that's already sold, at a price already agreed. No quoting on the doorstep, no haggling.

## 2 · The five secondary benefits (use when they're interested, not first)

| Benefit | Why it matters to them |
|---|---|
| **Fills the gaps** | Weekday lulls and off-season weeks are dead time. Fixxo fills them without changing your core business |
| **Your customers stay yours** | Existing clients, your reputation, your relationships — untouched. Fixxo is new work on top |
| **No exclusivity** | Keep every other channel you run. We never ask for exclusivity |
| **High-ticket access on merit** | Water heaters, slab leaks and HVAC go to the technicians with the licence and the fix rate — not the ones with tenure |
| **Training that unlocks money** | Short modules that open the higher-paying categories. Not compliance homework |

---

## 3 · The honest limits (state these before they ask)

Trust is built by what you disclose, not what you claim. Say these out loud on every call:

- **We will not promise you volume.** Anyone who does is selling you something. What we promise is that there's no cost to find out what's available.
- **You must be licensed and insured.** DPOR licence and a current GL certificate are hard requirements. No exceptions, no "I'll get it later".
- **Every job ends with photos.** Before/after and a short checklist. That's what releases your money, and it's what protects you when a customer claims something went wrong.
- **15–18% is a real cut.** It isn't free money. The trade is: we bring a verified, escrow-protected customer at an agreed price, and you don't pay anything to see the work.
- **The pilot is one region.** Five cities now. If it works, more.

---

## 4 · Objection-proofing — the benefit that answers each

| They say | Which benefit answers it |
|---|---|
| "I already get enough work." | #1 + "fills the gaps" — no cost to look, and spare capacity has somewhere to go |
| "Angi/Thumbtack leads are junk and I pay anyway." | #1 + #2 — you pay nothing to see it, and nothing unless it completes |
| "What's your cut?" | #2 — 15–18%, min $25, said as a dollar figure on a real job |
| "When do I get paid?" | #3 + #4 — 3–7 days, and the money's already in escrow |
| "What if the customer won't pay?" | #4 — that's what escrow is for; you never chase a homeowner |
| "I've been burned by a platform." | #7 + #9 + "no exclusivity" — published pay, all checks verified, keep your other channels |
| "I work alone / it's just me." | #5 — it's built for 1–3 person crews, and you set the rules |
| "Is this a women thing?" | #6 — stated precisely: women-delivered pilot, priority matching, published pay |
| "I don't have time for paperwork." | #8 + #9 — no app, and we do the verification legwork |
| "How much work is there really?" | **Never guess.** "I can't promise volume. Five cities, one region, and no fee to find out." |

---

## 5 · The one-line version

For the text message, the voicemail, the door:

> **"Fixxo is a home-repair platform launching in [city]. Nothing to pay to see a job, no lead fees, you keep 82–85%, and the customer's money is already in escrow before you start. Every pilot job is matched to a woman technician. Can I send you the details?"**

That is the whole offer in one breath. Everything else is answering questions.
